In-house marketing team manages sales activities across all Tenaya projects and takes an innovative approach to lead generation.
About the Work
- Promote and market residential property products
- Create digital marketing content
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities
- Assist with sales administration and general project administration
- Prepare weekly reports on sales activities
- Support customers in the mortgage (KPR) process
About You
- Bachelor’s degree (S1)
- Interest in the property industry
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Willing to work with target-based performance
- Owns a personal vehicle
- Highly determined and motivated
- More than 2 years of experience in sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and expand personal networks
- Initiative in marketing and sales strategies
- Teamwork-oriented
- Creative mindset
