About the Role
Creative Social Media will conduct promotions using a variety of strategies on our social media platforms.
About the Work
- Pitching ideas for promotion campaign for “Tenaya Project Launching Event” or any new products
- Planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring Tenaya's social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, etc) in order to increase brand awareness
- Stay updated on the architectural & design industry, emerging trends, and platform updates to continuously enhance Tenaya's social media presence and effectiveness.
- Creating content and the visuals for Tenaya's social media posts
- Writing copy for Tenaya products, including social media captions and content for broadcasts
- Collaborating with the social media ads team to stay updated on trends and improve campaign strategies
- Conducting interview to prominent architects and organizations for social media purposes
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for optimization.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or Communications
- Proven experience > 1 year in social media management (Instagram & TikTok)
- Passionate in architecture & design
- Good at copywriting
- Fluent in using editing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Capcut
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, both oral and written
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
